Daniel Needs Prayer
Please keep Daniel in your prayers. He had a grand mal seizure early this morning. The surgeon said that there was a 15 % chance that he could have more seizures after the surgery. Please pray... more info to come!

Laura, don't let Satan steal your peace. Ask the Lord for HIS Truth, whatever that is, and stand there. No matter what the enemy throws at you or your son. Stand. Stand your ground wearing the armor of God. Belt of truth-The belt covers the digestive track; don't let yourself digest anything that isn't truth. Breatplate of righteousness--guard your heart. It is the wellspring of life, yours and Daniel's. Feet fitted with the gospel of peace--walk in peace when the world is raging with chaos. Bury yourself in the chest of the Prince of Peace and let Him remind Satan who died on a cross for you and Daniel. Helmet of Salvation--The Lord will keep in perfect peace him/her whose heart is steadfast because they trust in him. Trust in the Lord forever for the Lord, THE LORD, is the Rock Eternal (Isaiah 23). Shield of Faith--Hide in the goodness of your Daddy. Hide in His character. Declare it loudly. Write it on notecards and carry them in your purse. I don't care how big of a tsunami the enemy tries to hit you with, your Daddy already has a bigger wall around you, ready to protect you. Sword of the Spirit or the Word of God--Often we take that to mean specific promises of healing or restoration of a situation, but your sword is much broader than that. Your sword says God Almighty, the One who made the universe with the power of His words, created Daniel with purpose. Daniel isn't a medical accident. Daniel was planned before the first speck of dust appeared. Daniel's purpose was declared when Wisdom stood by the Lord and said, "We have to much potential here." The God who calls magnificent things from nothing called Daniel forth, and God is a purposeful God. Daniel is no exception. And ultimately, Daniel will stand before the Lord his God and with clear voice and understanding we may never grasp on this side of Heaven, Daniel will say, "I knew that was you." His eys may not see, but his spirit does, and even if he had a dictionary's worth of vocabulary, I don't think he could ever describe what he sees or understands about His Creator and King.
Anoint Daniel with oil, declare over him that he is a child of purpose. As Lisa Bevere says, "He's not a problem. He's a solution." I believe that seizure was to shake you, but as long as you don't hold on to the fear, you can't be shaken. Joyce Meyer says fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. Satan wants you to think it was pointless. He's a liar. So if he is the liar, the truth is there was a point. Satan wants you to believe all you did was pointlessly inflict pain and endanger Daniel's life. The truth is you sought God and Daniel's life was never out of His hands. The lie is that things won't ever get better. The truth is with God all things are possible.

Praying! The single most powerful thing a human being can do. Thank you God for this privilege of prayer for hearing and for answering us. Thank you in advance for what you are going to do! Keeping you and Daniel in my thoughts and prayers.

Haven't stopped by in a few days, but Daniel was laid on my heart today and so here I am. Continuing to pray for him and his family, that God will work His will in this situation.
